Miriam and Arnie’s wedding at the Art Gallery of Windsor was a dream for this Windsor wedding photographer to shoot…..let me tell you why

When I met with Miriam and Arnie to discuss their wedding, I immediately knew this couple was special.  They were sweet, adorable and completely in love with each other.  this amazing couple met at their church and they have been inseparable since.  Their wedding was on a beautiful May day this past year.  I spent the morning with the girls capturing all the awesome details. The girls had spent the morning watching the Royal Wedding, so that for sure put them in the mood for a wedding of their own. One of Miriam’s favourite details was everything she had put together for her bridesmaids.  Being an avid Disney lover, the bridesmaids gifts included jewellery and adorable minnie mouse ears to wear at the reception. Miriam and Arnie both agreed one of the favourite things in planning the wedding was choosing their attire.  Miriam choose a gorgeous Allure Bridal gown made of lace, while Arnie sported a navy suit.  My partner Nicole, spent the morning with the guys and watched Arnie receive a gorgeous pocket watch from his bride to be.

The ceremony was spiritual, musical and incredibly heart warming.  Upon seeing each other for the first time, Miriam’ s first thoughts were ” Wow that’s my husband” and Arnie’s were ” She’s all mine”.  The musicians sang a beautiful song called He has chosen you for me, a song that was so special to both of them knowing that they were brought together for a reason.

After the ceremony we proceeded to The Art Gallery of Windsor.  We some time there taking their creative photos as well as down by the river.  Their bridal party was involved, engaging and just a whole lot of fun!  They were all truly a pleasure to spend the afternoon with!

The receeption was held at the Macedonian Hall.  The decor was beautifully done by Anything and Everything and Dolce. & Co.  One of Arnie’s favourite details was the massive sweet table, gelato bar and the Majik Mirror Photobooth.   The couple agreed that their favourite part of the reception was their first dance to N’sync’s This I Promise You, a song they often sing to each other in the car.  The night was full of great food, heartfelt speeches and a pretty awesome dance party.  We wish this special couple a lifetime of happiness, love and laughter.
