We met up with Amanda and Jordon for their engagement session in Old Walkerville to start. Joining us was their adorable son Max ( who can totally rock a bowtie! ) for a few pics for their save the dates! I mean come on! Who can resist an adorable little man in a bowtie. After a few bribes of a popsicle and a couple pics, Max went home with his Grandma and we continued on with our shoot. Amanda and Jordon will tie the know this coming September. They are a laid back, easy going couple who seemed up for pretty much anything. We took a nice walk around the Walkerville area and found some great little spots! We then decided to jet downtown to the infamous Maiden Lane. I hadn’t been down there in a while and was happy to see some new artwork on the walls! Shooting in Maiden Lane always seems so strange as it is simply an alleyway behind a bunch of bars, but it made for a great backdrop. You know you always have great clients when they will pretty much do anything I ask them to. From walking through questionable alleyways, to swinging each other around just being plain silly! We topped off the session with a couple shots against the Detroit skyline in the golden light! Always a magical time! We are so looking forward to shooting the wedding in September and we wish you both a lifetime of happiness!!
